WHY AN EMDR INTENSIVE
In traditional therapy, valuable time can often be spent catching up at the start and wrapping up at the end (10 minutes in the beginning to catch up, 10 minutes at the end to wrap up the session), leaving only a limited time for truly deep work. With an EMDR intensive, however, you have the benefit of uninterrupted, extended sessions. This means more time dedicated to meaningful progress, without the need to pause treatment and wait until the next session to dive back in. It’s a focused, immersive approach that allows you to achieve more in less time.
