WILL MY HEALTH INSURANCE COVER THERAPY?
We accept Horizon BCBS of NJ, Aetna, United Healthcare, Oxford, Oscar Health, Cigna, and Lyra.

HOW LONG WILL THE PROCESS TAKE?
Therapy is not "one size fits all." Depending on your needs, therapy can take as little as 3 months, or as long as 1+ years. We work from a solution focused approach, meaning as early as your first session your goals are identified and a treatment plan is developed.

HOW DO I SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT?

HOW MUCH ARE SERVICES OUT-OF-POCKET?

• 45-minute individual counseling sessions are $100-$125

• 1-hour individual counseling sessions are $130-$200

• 1-hour couples/family counseling sessions are $160-$200
